The Challenge

The project focuses on UX research for ChatAible, a generative AI tool designed to help enterprises with analytics. Our team used four UX research methods—competitive analysis, user interview, cognitive walkthrough, and usability testing—to help Aible identify ways to make onboarding and the UI more intuitive.
